The Lyman Entomological Museum houses 2.8 million specimens of insects and other arthropods. It’s the second largest insect collection in Canada, and the largest university insect collection in the country.

Guided tours of the Museum can be organized by appointment for groups of all ages, and include a visit to the scientific collection of insects and to the live insect laboratory. Visitors will also learn more about insects through our educational insect slideshow and microscope stations.

Other activities, including half- and full-day workshops, are available for kids, teenagers, and adults.
