Exercise

Are you looking for a stretch break?  Sore from sitting too long?  The McGill Athletics and Recreation YouTube channel offers different exercise playlists to suit every level of intensity.  There are simple stretching exercises that can be done from your desk, or 20-minute workouts that can be completed over lunch.  For more strenuous activity, try the high-intensity interval training (HIIT) videos or slow down with yoga lessons.  To find the videos, please visit the McGill Athletics YouTube channel.
