Mac Athletics Evening Fitness and Recreation Classes

Convenient evening classes are open for anyone to improve their fitness in a fun, welcoming atmosphere. Courses include Cardio Boost, Zumba, Spinning, Yoga, Broga (yoga for men) and Boot Camp.
